  • Marketing is always optional and never needed to book.
  • If you don't finish a booking, we only email you about it if you've opted in to marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it's needed, with:

  • Stripe, for card payments;
  • Krystal, our website, database and email hosting provider;
  • Microsoft (Outlook), which holds copies of the appointment reminder emails we send;
  • postcodes.io and the OSRM open routing service, which receive only a postcode or map location to work out the travel distance.

What your browser sends to other services:

  • The travel-fee calculators on our home, contact and booking pages send the postcode or address you type to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim), postcodes.io and OSRM.
  • Our pages load fonts and page files from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare). These receive your device's IP address.

Some of these providers (for example Stripe, Microsoft, Google and Cloudflare) may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on legal safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

  • Unfinished bookings: kept for up to 90 days after your last activity so you can pick up where you left off. They're then deleted automatically if no booking was made.
  • Bookings and payment records: 6 years after the booking, to meet tax and accounting rules.
  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact messages: 12 months.
  • Discount-code requests: 12 months after the code is used or expires.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage:

  • On our booking page, a cookie keeps your booking progress while you book, and for up to 90 days so you can come back to it.
  • A discount code from our QR page is held in your browser until you close it, so it can be added to your booking.
  • The admin login uses a session cookie, for our own use only.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us:

  • for a copy of your information;
  • to correct it or delete it;
  • to restrict or object to how we use it;
  • for a copy in a portable format.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
