Travel Policy: Mobile service is included within Solihull and up to 5 miles from our location. For locations beyond 5 miles, a small travel fee applies:

  • 5-10 miles: £5
  • 10-15 miles: £10
  • 15-20 miles: £15
  • Beyond 20 miles: £20

Service duration varies depending on the package and your vehicle's condition. A Basic Exterior Valet typically takes 1-2 hours, while a full Standard Valet (Interior + Exterior) can take 2-4 hours. We'll provide you with a more accurate timeframe when you book your appointment.

We recommend removing any personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before our arrival. This allows us to clean all areas thoroughly without having to move your items. If you're getting an interior service, clearing out trash and large items will help us focus on the detailing process.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.

In case of severe weather conditions that would affect the quality of our service, we'll contact you to reschedule your appointment. Light rain may not impact interior-only services, but we'll always discuss options with you if weather becomes an issue.

For optimal results, we recommend a full detail every 3-4 months, with maintenance washes in between. However, this can vary based on your driving conditions, vehicle usage, and personal preferences. We're happy to recommend a maintenance schedule tailored to your specific needs.
